Message from the Chairman of the Board of Founders of Afagh University on the occasion of the beginning of the new academic year 2017-2018

Spring of education turns back and scientific Jihad (Struggle) booms again.

Science and knowledge are major sources of national and international authority.

Universities have a unique role in global developments; one of the requirements of today"s world is to modify the approaches of universities addressing the new needs and requirements.

Attention to entrepreneurship and the commercialization of science and gaining wealth from knowledge is an inevitable necessity for university graduates.

In an entrepreneurial university, students, in addition to getting beneficial scientific knowledge, they are making use of intellectuality, innovation and educational and research findings. They are considered as the running engine and leaders in the field of industry, agriculture, social services and culture.

Based on its defined missions and strategies, Afagh University in its ever-increasing effort has shown that it would definitely, while enjoying the will of students, academic members and the alignment of industry administrators and top managers of the province, achieve its goals.
