• Training professional teachers to be recruited in universities and other institutions of higher education in the country offering associate degree and undergraduate courses.

• Training judges and personnel   specialized in Islamic law and jurisprudence to be recruited in the offices of justice and the similar organs in accordance with the resolutions of the Islamic Consultative Assembly (Parliament).

• Training and providing scholar in the field of Islamic studies and research including Quran and Hadith, Islamic history and civilization, wisdom and theology, and mysticism and religions.

• Providing the required qualified staff to serve in country’s foreign consulates and representation offices overseas.

• Providing facilities for increasing the scientific and cultural level of experts and officials of state and private sectors in the field of Islamic studies.

• Developing an enhanced mechanism for taking Ph.D. candidates in five branches of theology.
